01 / ROSTER
Every selection has a reason.
Roster updated: September 27, 2026 (America/Los_Angeles). Manifest: CQ-ROSTER-2026-09-27-R2. Original source snapshots retain their published dates. Named roster selected at the founder’s request. Source rules are published below; operational evidence eligibility, sport manuals, reviewer assignment and named-score clearance are still pending. No official CQ is published.

35 named athletes are selected. Boxing now includes founder-selected Canelo Álvarez and Ryan Garcia, with Shakur Stevenson and Dmitry Bivol retained as alternates. Boxing roster order is editorial, not a world or CQ ranking. Other alternates follow the source rules; the second NFL alternate remains unverified and cannot be used. A replacement needs a recorded eligibility reason. This first roster uses men’s competition. NBA/NFL/MLB award voting and UFC rankings are scoped selection proxies, not universal rankings across every league or promotion.

Annual re-selection preserves historical manifests. Rotation stops new contracts; existing contracts follow their original settlement or void rules.

How scores are earned
Qualify
At least 3 qualified ratings, 2 distinct evidence units, and 2 independent reviewers per dimension. Draft, conflicted, duplicate, future, post-cutoff, or inaccessible evidence is excluded.
Freeze & release
Seal eligible inputs, intermediates, model and manual versions, review window, and reviewer sign-off. All eight dimensions must qualify. Legal clearance is required for named scores.
Self-report and assessment instruments are research inputs only. They cannot fill a missing official dimension. Trading, followers, and practice completion never change CQ.
Confidence starts cautiously.
Initial releases begin Provisional or Developing. Coverage is not a statistical confidence interval. Each release must show its confidence reason and next requirement. No validated predictive accuracy is claimed.
Source loss
Broken or revoked links must be hidden publicly and flagged for review. Replacement evidence requires a new assessment version; corrections never erase the prior record.
03 / CANONICAL MODEL
One calculation, everywhere.

Published fixture: [3, 3, 2, 3, 3, 3, 2, 3] → 69.5. Missing any official dimension → no overall CQ.
Sport manuals remain unapproved. Each sport needs context-specific anchors, opportunity rules, prohibited inferences, role modifiers, and adjudicated examples before official scoring.
04 / REVIEW DAY

Review Day #1 is not scheduled. Dates will be announced after the roster, evidence window, sport manuals, and staffing are approved.

Contracts close before results become visible. Results are pending for at least 48 hours. Reserved awards cannot be spent. Disputes may produce a correction, an upheld result, or a void. No comparable release means delta contracts void.
These are proposed delivery windows, not announced event dates. Athletes remain unscored if evidence does not qualify.
05 / CORRECTION PATH
Challenge the evidence.
Eligible reasons include source identity, context, timestamp, reviewer conflict, eligibility, rubric application, or calculation. Popularity is not evidence.
Live submission is not open: there are no released assessments to dispute. A staffed adjudication service is required before the first official release. The original reviewer cannot decide the appeal alone.
